Pehle poori kamar se lekar pair tak dard rehta tha. Maine yahan 10–12 sessions ka panchakarma aur massage treatment liya, jiska mujhe kaafi araam mila. Tab se unki medicines bhi le rahi hoon. Maine Dr. Pooja se diet consult bhi kiya. Unhone mujhe personalized seasonal diet charts diye—winter ke alag aur ab summer ke liye change kiya. Us diet se mujhe sugar control mein bhi help mili aur joint pain mein bhi kaafi farak aaya hai. Aaj main pehle se kaafi better hoon. Sciatica, knee pain, aur sugar sab mein noticeable relief hai.
