I was suffering with a combination of health issues like a persistent cold with a runny nose and throat ache, back & knee pain and sleep disturbances due to anxiety. All of which were affecting my daily life and overall energy. For this I got consulted by Dr. Ritu and started Basp Swedan, Ksheer Dhara, and Patra Potli Pinda Swedan procedures along with lifestyle changes. Since then my symptoms feel more manageable and I already feel a bit lighter, more comfortable and hopeful about continued progress with the ongoing treatment.

Recently spoke with the team at Betterway and I’m really glad to share that my energy levels have improved a lot since starting treatment with Dr. Ritu. The abdominal pain that was bothering me earlier has reduced significantly and the procedures like Anuvasan Basti, Niruha Basti and Ksheer Dhara have genuinely helped my system feel lighter and more balanced. I’m still in the healing phase but there’s a clear shift in how my body responds now.

I had been struggling with anxiety, boils on my scalp, disturbed sleep, fatigue, and digestive issues like gas and bloating, which were affecting my daily life and overall well-being. After consulting Dr. Ritu and following her prescribed medicines and diet plan, I’ve experienced remarkable relief in my itching, constipation, and other symptoms. My sleep is more restful, my energy levels have improved, and I feel significantly healthier and more balanced. The treatment has given me renewed confidence and comfort in my everyday life, and I look forward to continuing it for complete and lasting wellness.

Even though I’m currently out of town, I’m looking forward to continuing the treatment once I’m back in Gurgaon.

The constant restlessness has eased, the acidity after meals is far more manageable and overall I feel more balanced than before. I’m currently out of station but once I’m back in Gurgaon, I’ll be continuing my procedures especially the planned Ksheerdhara to build on this progress. The care and treatment at Betterway under Dr. Ritu have been truly healing. I was dealing with stress-related anxiety, skin patches and weight gain that made me feel quite low. After undergoing procedures like Sadhyog Virechana and Sarvang Abhyang my anxiety has eased and my skin feels calmer and healthier. It’s amazing to see how much progress I’ve made since starting treatment with Dr. Ritu at Betterway. I used to suffer from sharp headaches radiating to my shoulder and persistent knee pain that needed regular painkillers. After following her procedure's plan and medicines my headaches have completely disappeared and my knees feel much stronger. Now I can even walk 3–4 km on alternate days. The recovery has been steady and truly confidence-boosting.

Since starting my treatment at the clinic I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my health. There is hardly any blood when I cough and my general condition has improved noticeably. My strength has increased and I feel more energetic throughout the day. My cough has also reduced significantly and I no longer feel as exhausted after simple activities. Am continuing with the same medications as advised and my overall breathing feels way easier than before. Even my bowel movements have become more regular, which has made a big difference in my comfort and daily routine. Due to all the treatments and medicines I feel so much healthier, stronger and hopeful about my continued recovery.

I had a very good experience at the clinic with Dr. Ritu. My lower back pain has improved a lot and I no longer need to take painkillers. My motions are regular now and my anxiety issues are bit better. As part of my treatment plan I underwent Anuvasan Basti, Kati Basti Niruha Basti, Sarvang Tail Dhara procedures. All of them have helped me so much & I’m really impressed with the results I’ve seen so far.

Over the past few weeks, there has been a noticeable improvement in my alertness and understanding. I have adapted well to the changes in my medications and am continuing them regularly. My anger and irritability have reduced, and I have had better control over my behaviors like throwing objects etc. Although delayed milestones and speech issues are still some issues present, the progress so far is encouraging and gives hope for continued improvement.

I’m perfectly alright now and don’t have any issues that I was facing earlier. My acidity and headaches have been completely resolved and I feel much more comfortable and energetic in my daily routine. The treatment under the guidance of Dr Ritu have been really helpful. I have been advised to come for a diet consultation and am planning to visit soon to continue maintaining my health. Overall, I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made so far.

Feeling much better overall with about a major relief in my general health. My hands have improved and I no longer feel weakness. Constipation is less frequent and episodes of acidity have reduced as well. Previously I was dealing with constipation, watery stools, fatigue and heaviness in my hand and general weakness but the treatments has made a very noticeable difference. I underwent the Nasya Karma procedure as part of my treatment plan and the guidance from the team has been very supportive and reassuring during this.

As a parent, seeing real improvement in my child has been a huge relief. When we first came to Betterway to consult Dr. Ritu, we were really worried about his behaviour, delayed speech and constant bed-wetting , but.now he has been better the bed-wetting has reduced a lot and his speech and understanding have noticeably improved. Even his anger and irritability are much better than before. We still have a journey ahead but the progress so far has truly given us hope. We’ll be visiting again for our follow-up.

I’m really relieved to say that the abdominal issue I used to struggle with every night has completely disappeared. Even though I haven’t been very consistent with my medicines or diet lately but the results from the treatment under Dr. Ritu at Betterway have stayed which honestly says a lot about how effective it was. It feels good to go to bed without discomfort, without that constant bloated feeling. I didn’t realize how much it was affecting my day until it finally stopped. Truly grateful for the ease it has brought back into my routine.
